Our Ingredients
Each pie is made from scratch to order using only the finest ingredients. Ingredients are locally sourced and organic whenever available. Fruits are fresh never frozen. All pies are available without wheat or vegan.
Chef Kozi & Family
Chef Kozi has been working in with food for the last 20 years. She has specialized in pies for the last decade. Focused on local and community she prides herself in supporting local farmers and producers. She is a mother of four amazing teens. All play a significant role in the shoppe. A True Family run business. A transplant from Minnesota they have been in Decorah, Iowa since 2018.
